Transitioning into the evening, our cocktail bar offers a revolutionary mixology experience. Celebrating classic cocktails while introducing innovative Grab and Go sachets, it’s a hub for personalized and themed cocktail adventures, each drink a reflection of individual tastes and styles. The Cocktail of the Month showcases the finest trends in mixology, paired with the unique flavors of Amish bush.

Completing our culinary journey, TYCA bistro serves modern European cuisine with an Asian twist. From all-day dining classics like burgers and salads to evening delights such as Picanha and fresh seafood, each dish promises a comforting yet exotic dining experience.

Jonathan Zechariah

Jonathan Keith Zechariah stands as a beacon of culinary excellence and innovation. With over 13 years of experience in culinary arts and event management, he brings a blend of creativity, leadership, and professionalism to his executive roles at various fine dining establishments in Singapore since December 2021. His approach is characterized by a relentless pursuit of learning and trendsetting, making him a respected figure in the industry.

Jonathan’s expertise shines in his ability to meticulously plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities. He excels in managing food costs and inventory, creating and modifying menus to meet exacting standards, and ensuring the highest quality in both the presentation and substance of his dishes. His commitment extends to sourcing the best products and forging strong supplier relationships, guaranteeing the finest ingredients for his culinary creations.

A leader by nature, Jonathan is instrumental in supervising and mentoring his kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality across all food products. His involvement in the selection and training of kitchen personnel reflects his dedication to excellence and team development.
