Job Description:

  • Present, promote and sell company products/programs/services to existing and prospective customers. 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship. 
  • Expedite the solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. 
  • Supply management with report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. 
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. 
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities. 
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories. 
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

  • Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries.
  • Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships. 
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties. 
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services with accurate and complete information. 
  • Handle processing orders, returns and exchanges 
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints 
  • Keeping record of customer interactions, transaction, and feedback 
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services to customers and seizing opportunities to sell. 
  • Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to review.
  • Attract customer by promoting the product and assisting customer on opening accounts. 
  • Doing stock checking ensuring stock is sufficient.
